Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass. It's a murky, bright, golden-orange with a modest milky-white cap and soapy lacing. The smell is fruity and features tangerine, lemon, and pineapple. Its taste opens with tart citrus, then softer notes of peach, melon, and just a hint of red berry. The Citra, Alora and Amarillo hops work well together. Balancing the fruit is a sharp hop bite from the El Dorado and Simcoe. I like the mouth feel - well bodied with pleasant carbonation, and at 6.7% ABV it is highly drinkable. Overall, Shredding Sidewalks is flavorful, well-balanced, and an excellent beer to drink on a hot July afternoon.
