Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a Willi Becher glass. its color is a hazy, bright tangerine and it sports a half finger cap of creamy, milk-white foam with lots of thick, soapy lacing. The nose is vibrant with lemon, ripe melon, berry, and sweet floral hops. Its taste opens with a strong, sweet, oat base. The Motueka hops add their signature lemon and lime, along with notes of grapefruit, ripe melon, and berry. There is mild bitterness throughout. The mouth feel is vintage Untied: plush and creamy with moderate carbonation, and it is easily drinkable at 6.9% ABV. Overall, You Know Better is a very good New England IPA that is worth trying if you have the opportunity. While under the radar Untied keeps brewing first rate NEIPAs.
