Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a pretty, slightly hazy, golden-amber color. There is no head on the draught pour; just an ecru-colored ring. It smells of caramel, toasted bread, and a whiff of spice. Its taste includes grains and slightly toasted brown bread. The caramel flavor is subtle and is balanced by notes of spice, grass, and just a hint of lemon. The Noble Hops are very effective. This Lager is well-balance had has good depth of flavor. Its mouth feel is lite and crisp with pleasant carbonation, and the 5.8% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, Never Enough is a terrific seasonal offering. A fine recipe, well-executed. And kudos to Untied for brewing both a Festbier and a Märzen.
