Antidoot Woop Woop 2020
Pours a slightly clouded golden color with a medium sized, stable head.
Smells of dried dandelions, matured Camembert and vivid barnyard funk. Got a big load of wet basement on the nose as well as some white grape skins and old leather boots.
Has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a sparkly effervescence to it in the finish, making up for a great refreshment.
Tastes of dried apple peel, matured leaves, old mushrooms and wet grass, together with bitter blood orange. Has a slightly earthy, oak defined middle part, lending a wooden balance to the beer, which gets complimented by Sage and bitter herbs. Finishes almost creamy, with a mineralic stone quality among lime zest, leather and a long lasting herbal bitterness.
This has written Gueuze written all over it as this is utmost complex, refreshing and easy drinking at the same time. Intriguing on the nose, the mouthfeel in this is stunning, just as the marvelous flavor composition and overall balance in this. A lovely beer indeed.

Bottle. White head. Active carbonation. Amazing retention. Clear dark golden color.
Lots of oak, old hop flavors, orange peel, spices, and then funk as it warms. A bit cheesy and a bit dusty. Very earthy/dirty with some mineral notes. Has a unique bitterness to it. A very nice bottle. Easy drinking.

Sample from a shared bottle @ Foeders, on the first day of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a cloudy golden yellow colour. Aroma's are sour, funky, a bit weird (vomit) and herbal. Retronasal it's sourish, light sweet even, and a bit herbal. Flavour is mild sour with a hint of bitterness. Light bodied. Long finish with mild sourness.

A real nice lambic, soft sourly and full of flavor - a real supprise and a real treat. Thanks André for sharing.
Look: nice yellow hay color, a bit troubel with a white head on top
Smell: barnyard but in a pleasant way
Taste: amazingly full of flavor, lots of things going on. Soft sour funkyness.
Feel: great mouthfeel, balanced
Overall: best lambiek I have ever had.
