Yields a slightly clouded orange color with a noisy, soon vanishing head.
Aromas lead with rich white wine grapes, dried wood and spicy, matured hops among a light layer of campfire meat and red apple.
The beer‘s mouthfeel is light and refreshing with a well developed, lively carbonation and a well working balance from beginning till the end.
Tastes of an initial aqueous softness in which the fermented, flowery and dusty white wine grapes shine, while developing a bitter meaty and hoppy quality at the same time with the help of the beer‘s uprising carbonation. Offers a surprisingly funky, earthy yet grassy middle part with lighter apples and tangerine, entangled into bread dough and a hint of caramel. Finishes with sun ripened oranges, lighter limes and leathery barnyard funk among a leafy bitter- and dryness, balanced by a drop of honey.
Lovely, fruity and complex with an awesome balance to it.
