Bottles august 2020
A bit of a disappointment compared to what 3f and Cantillon do with apricot. This is very light all around. The peaches and nectarines are there, but at such a light level. Even at the same rate as Cantillon uses, the stonefruit shows at a fraction of the former. Has some citrus and wet oak. A little tartness. It’s drinkable, but I just want more flavor.
Maybe this would be better in the summer as a crusher in the heat.
