Yields an unfiltered amber color with just a small white film on the top of the drink.
Offers aromas of dried blueberries together with elderflower blossom and almond honey, wrapped up by a moldy, dusty leatheriness inheriting dried lime zest and soy sauce enriched mushrooms.
Drinks light and well balanced with just a refreshing kick resulting from a mellow, subtle carbonation level, which remains on the lower end throughout.
Tastes of herbal elderflower with almost juicy citrus and bitter, slightly spicy garden herbs among fruity, somehow sandy black currants. This invites a multi layered tartness to the palate, featuring Spreewald pickle, unripe oranges and sea buckthorn with additional, bittering blue cheese and dry oak barrel. Its finish is defined by a subtle berry fruitiness among, dry herbs and its complex tartness leading to a mellow, yet long lasting finish.
Very well done Lambic with just a whiff of extra fruitiness, creating a well balanced with, outstandingly complex and easy drinking beer.
