Made with figs and blended with rhubarb wine.
The rhubarb wine shows a lot. Figs up front when cold. Wild ale flavors with a lot of farmhouse funk. Oak. Light citrus. Lambic like. White grapes and white wine finish. Dry. Unique and enjoyable.
