Bus Eater is a massive rapid on the Ottawa River notorious for flipping boats & taking names. We couldn’t think of a better namesake for our massive, Double New England IPA, overflowing with juicy Grapefruit goodness.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that is leaving some lace and it had some floaties. The scent had bitter grapefruit citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter grapefruit presence and finish. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
