I am not a sour fan so please....try and develop your own opinion. With that being said......I tried a sample of this beer off the tapper at The brewery. It poured a hazy amber with off white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had tart and sour apple notes. The taste was sour/tart leaning yet easy to sip. There was cinnamon and tart apple presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
