Our bouldering beer series is a collection of recipes that allow our brewers to flex their science. These hazy IPAs employ experimental brew techniques, cutting-edge fermentation processes & unique hop combinations with the goal of unlocking flavors & subtleties that are often lost or left behind. Each recipe is named for a bouldering route that artfully pushes the limits of those attempting to climb it. This beer pours an orangish hue of yellow, and it is turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves nice lacing.
I get a citrus aroma with some dank wafts.
Citrus flavor with a little melon and dankness
Medium bodied with a chalky mouthfeel
