Wandering Path is a classic banana forward Hefeweizen, with just enough clove in the background to keep things balanced. It's unfiltered, soft on the palate, & easy to drink without being over the top. Allow this beer to let you wander, whether that's through flavor, thought, or a quiet walk that ends up sticking with you.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter via the brewery. This decent little hefe pours a
pale straw color with a modest head of white foam that settles to a thin ring and
light dusty layer. Nose of soft sweet wheat, light honey, subtle clove, and light
banana. Flavors surpass the nose with light clove, soft wheat, light honey malt,
and subtle bubblegum amongst the banana nuances. Mouth feel is medium light
leaning towards light with light carbonation and a faintly dry finish.
Overall, decent but needs some tweaking with better mouth feel, deeper color, and
richer banana. Love Nocterra, but this recipe needs some love.
Cheers

12 ounce can, canned 9/24/25 stamped on the bottom side of the can. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this can! Served in a weizen glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy gold color with not quite an inch white head that didn't stay around for too long. Not much lacing. The brew smells like banana, clove and wheaty malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, and there's also some bubblegum noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and has a moderate amount of soft carbonation. I thought this was a decent enough brew, worth a try if you come across a can or 2!
