Blech.Brut

Pours a hazy, deep, dark golden amber, coppery coloration with a medium, stable, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and quite vibrant stone/citrus fruit and lighter tropical hops, with notes of ripe peaches, papaya, grapefruit and tangerine. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and quite vibrant stone/citrus fruit and lighter tropical hops, with notes of ripe, juicy peaches, papaya, grapefruit and tangerine, as well as hints of herbal accents and pine. Finishes with a medium/strong bitterness and some peaches, grapefruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

I've said that Blech.Brut is one to watch before, but this is definitely their finest work so far. An exceptional Pale Ale with an incredible aroma, rich flavor and mouthfeel for the style, with some lovely ripe peaches, grapefruit and lighter tropical notes of papaya, with quite a bitter and somewhat piney finish.
