Yields an unfiltered amber color with a bigger, fine pored and stable head atop.
Aromas on this are quite lemon forward, together with a gentle flowery note among vibrant guava and lighter tropical fruit bubble gum.
Its mouthfeel is pleasantly soft with a well fitting, lively later appearing effervescence, representing a well balanced and refreshing beer.
Tastes of peppery, yet smooth oranges, bitter lemon and balancing biscuits among lighter, dry herbs and oily blueberry relish. Develops a floral mid palate, defined by mint leaves, lime pulp and a lingering bitterness brightened up by juicy oranges. Finishes with a gentle lime bite, amped up by a fitting effervescence, lighter blueberry marmalade with a menthol freshness to it and unripe kiwis, leading to a longer lasting dryness in the aftertaste.
A powerful, versatile and long lasting hop impact, balanced by timid malts and an A+ mouthfeel. This features an unforseen, very well working yet unusual flavor composition, which has kept my interest till the very end.
