Copenhagen 12/7 2020. 33 cl can from Supervin webshop. Aerial photo of cityscape with a motorway and a bridge with a railroad.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a very big white head. Fairly stable. Settles as lumpy, uneven layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantal lacing.
Aroma is medium intense. Quite citric and acerbic. Abundance of citrus fruit. Grape fruit, lime and citrus. Chemical hints of acetone. Sweet fruity odor of peach and apple cider. Lightly fermented.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a strong sweet undercurrent. Finish is dry.
Good IPA with a fermented touch and a lot of fruity, citric fruitiness.
