Copenhagen 16/6 2020. 3 3 cl can from Supervin web-shop. Aerial photo of a container port on the can. Quite accurate name for the beer event though they have an inexplicable fondness of dots at Blech.Brut.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet maltiness combined with a strong odor for fermented exotic fruit and lighter citric notes. Sweet pale malts. Fermented mango and papaya. Citrus and grape fruit lurking in the background.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undercurrent. Lingers for while. Finish is semi-dry
