Copenhagen 30/4 2020. 44 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. Close up of graffiti piece in blue and purple on the can.
Pours hazy orange with a small bubbly white head. Disappears almost immediately after pouring. Leaving what looks like a glass of lemonade behind.
Aroma is intense with a strong odor of sweetened fruit and lighter citric, sour notes. White sugar, sweet fruit juice, plums, peach and seasoned meat. Sour notes of citrus concentrate peeking in.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sour undertone. Finish is weirdly sugary. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
A unusual experience but I actually things that they achieve what they intended. Making a sweet “sour ale”.
