Pours hazy, golden yellow with a big, bubbly white head. Settles as thin, fragments of foam spread across the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with something sweet and perfumed meeting something sharp. Quite herbal. Sage, mustard, lemon balm and sharp odor of sea buckthorn.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness and a stronger herbal bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and sharp. Finish is dry.
Well made but it requires an appetite for things you can find in your vegetable garden.
