Pours a reddish purple with fine, low foam.
Smell is tart and risp, with big notes of raspberries and lime and hints of passionfruit and vanilla youghurt.
Taste is tart, almost sour with a hint of bitterness. Tons of raspberries and creamy youghurt along with a dash of passionfruit and lime. Very refreshing and superbly balanced.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour, great balance and very, very refreshing.
