Pours an unclear brownish yellow with very little head.
Smell is floral with notes of pears, citrus and agave.
Taste is tart with notes of pear, lime, salt, agave and a wooden/floral hint.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit under carbonated.
Overall,a slightly weird sour, but well made and balanced.
