Pours a dark purple, like bluberry soup, with very little head.
Smell is tart and youghurty, with notes of blueberries, raspberries and currants.
Taste is tart with a slight woodiness. Notes of raspberries, currants, cherries and blueberries and a creamy youghurt finish. Aftertaste is dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour with great flavor and feel for the low ABV.
