Pours purple with some pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberries, passionfruit and currants.
Taste is tart and nicely acidic with just a tinge of sweetness. Notes of raspberries, currants, cherries and a subtle hit of passionfruit and salt. Great balance, and no fruit takes over and dominates.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a great sour, complex but refreshing.
