Copenhagen 26/6 2020. 33 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Fermentarna's usual white can with drawing of a kveik-ing goose.
Pours hazy, strong yellow color with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Disappears fairly fast leaving what looks like a cup of multi-fruit juice behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fruity odor and a subtle saltiness. Sweetish oranges and tangerine. Pineapple. Light acidic citrus fruit. Lemonade-like.
Medium-strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Light saltiness chiming in. Aftertaste is sour and a bit acerbic. Finish is sour and dry.
A Gose with the fruity sweetness and tart sourness in the front seat and the saltiness and funkiness at a bare minimum.

Smell is tart with notes of mango, pineapple and lime, and hint of yeast.
Taste is floral and tart and sweet. Notes of mango, passionfruit and lime, along with some yeastiness and a hint of almonds.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice sour, yeastier than most of Fermenternarna's beers.
