Copenhagen 11/7 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Drawing of trembling ghost on the can.
Pours (almost) hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a medium strong, sweet odor of exotic fruit and stronger citric notes. Peach and mango. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Appropriate bitterness without going to extremes.

Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crisp and citrusy with notes of mango and a hint of tartness.
Taste is refreshing and crisp, with notes of citrus, citrus peel, grass and a hint of honeydew melon. Mild to moderate bitterness and a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, crisp IPA. Maybe not super complex, but very drinkable.
