Pours a glowing pink with a little bit of light pink foam.
Smell is intensely tart with loads of raspberries, passionfruit and currants.
Taste is very tart and fruity, with notes of currants, raspberries, passionfruit and hints of vinegar and earthiness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with soft carbonation.
Overall, a very nice sour, for those of us who enjoy the mouth puckering.
