Pours a deep red with fine, pink foam.
Smell is tart with huge notes of raspberries and blackberries with a hint of cherry jam.
Taste is tart, right on the edge of being sour. Nice acidity and big notes of blackberries and raspberries, and hints of dry white wine and cherries. Great balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour by one of Sweden's premier sour beer makers.
