Pours a dark purple with soft, pink head.
Smell is tart with notes of blueberries, raspberries and black currants. A hint of sweetness lurks in the back.
Taste is tart with a hint of sweetness. Notes of blueberries, raspberries and black currants. Well balanced acidity, with a little bit of earthiness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour, where the maple syrup is nowhere to be found.
