Copenhagen 13/8 2020. 33 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Brick wall with grafitti saying black black black in different colors on the can.
Pours murky orange-is cream with a big, bubbly pink-is head. Settles as thin patches of foam looking lonely looming about. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sour fruity scent, a bit of glue and a little bit of sweet lemonade underneath. Unripe goose berries, citrus. Sugary raspberry marmalade, hobby glue.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively - almost fizzy - texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry like white wine.
Dry and sour - but with a redeeming gentle sweetness hiding underneath.
