Copenhagen 27/6v 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Fermenterarna's usual can design with a white can with a drawing of a lot of potted plants suppossedly with a lot of feelings on the can.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a frothy, 1 cm thick layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweetness and citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Sweet of malty caramel. Lemon and citrus fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, almost flat texture. Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a strong sweet undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly straight forward NEIPA from Strömstads hoppiest brewery.
