Pours purple with soft, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of raspberries, black currants, lemon, vanilla and blackberry jam.
Taste is rich and sweet with nice tartness. Notes of raspberries, black currantsm lemon, lime, blackberries and limoncello with a hint of citrus peel bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic fruited sour, rich but very refreshing.
