Modern West Coast IPA without any cloying caramel malt. Just crisp, fresh and hoppy! Hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.

Pours a hazy light yellow with fine head.
Smell is fruity, spicy and peppery with notes of grapefruit, grapes, gooseberries and pine with some herbal hints.
Taste is fruity, crisp and peppery. Notes of grapefruit, gooseberries, peach and green tea. Solid bitterness with some spice on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a great modern west coast IPA, very interesting thanks to the hops used.
