Frederiksberg 27/2 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H. C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours murky burgundy with a small pink head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe forest berries mingling with a lighter tart citric scent. Sweet raspberries, blieberries and currants. Tart gooseberries and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thick, creamy, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish and pleasant. Lingers for a while. Finish is creamy yet a bit dry.
Fruity, creamy and a bit tart.
