Pours a fairly clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and snappy. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye, elderflower and some spicy hints.
Taste is crisp and crackery with a solid bitterness.Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye, elderflower, wheat dough and white pepper.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, refreshing pilsner.
