Olallie is our berry-berry lambic. It is an iteration of our beloved Belgian lambics but with a California twist. After picking 200 pounds of ripe, local olallieberries, we blended four different oude and jonge lambics in a Napa Valley Pinot Noir barrel for refermentation. Bursting with fruit and laden with funk, BOC Gueuzerie presents Olallie. Cheers!
