Quentin Quarantino is our latest signature, juicy, light refreshing Pale Ale. A showcase of Amarillo and Heull Melon Hops. Featuring floral, spicy and citrus-like flavors with an orange bouquet meshing with a distinct notes of honeydew, melon and Strawberry. Super mellow mouthfeel and soft and the restrained bitterness to accentuate the fruity hop flavors.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of floral and citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of floral hops with hints of citrus and honeydew melon. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pale ale is easy to drink and has a nice combination of citrusy and floral hops.

Aside from clever name and label - this is a great APA. Served at Seafarer Highlands, as safe and breezy a room tiki bar as can be found in fall 2020.
a) Rich, hazed amber body. APA classic.
s) Bready almost English treatment.
t) Suitably see-sawed between caramel breadsticks and hoppy marmalade. Right cleansing pine hop finale.
f) Mid weight, crisp, satisfying for 5%.
o) Could be a flagship APA.
