Poured from a 500 ml bottle bought at the taproom in Apex, NC.
L - The beer is a light amber color with maybe a hint of pink or lavender. Mostly clear, but with a bit of haze. It has a decent amount of off-white head on initial pour that recedes to a ring and lacing.
S - Sharp barnyard aromas that are mellowed by light raspberry.
T - Early flavors are dominated by leather and horseblanket, but later in the palate there are fresh berries.
F - Thinnish body is appropriate for the style. Moderate, spritzy carbonation. Bitterness can't be perceived behind the strong, tart sourness. Moderate alcohol warmth matches the ABV.
O - This is a moderate to strongly sour beer that still allows some fresh fruit flavors and aromas to share the spotlight. Nicely made.

500 ml bottle split with a friend, poured into a red wine glass. Pours a gorgeous light purple color. Some yeast (or maybe blackberry particle?) haze. Aroma and flavor feature juicy blackberries, moderate-to-high acidity, oak, red wine tannins, vanilla, leather and barnyard funk. This is a stellar and perfectly constructed wine barrel-aged fruited wild ale. Just delicious and a pleasure to drink.
