Tasted on tap at the Oaklyn Springs Brewery in Apex, NC. Attractive orange or light amber beer. Nice, herbal aroma is reminiscent of a gruit. Unfortunately, the flavors are sharp and soapy. The beer is unusual and OK as a Christmas seasonal, but not great.
