Street of Crocodiles is our take on a Czech Pilsner. Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner Malt and hopped in the kettle with Michigan grown Saaz hops. Fermented cold with our house lager yeast, we spunded the beer towards the end of fermentation to capture natural and delicate carbonation. It was then lagered for 4 weeks. Pouring with a dense rocky head, a wonderful toasted bread and honey malt character leads the way while the Michigan Saaz are giving us classic noble/saaz characteristics with some amplified herbal qualities such as dill and cedar.

It pours golden and clear with a white head. It has very good head retention. There are strong pils malt flavors with cracker and some spice. It is quite clean overall.
