This is a a new brewer for me. I was surprised at the appearance of this beer since the color is more gold than bronze and is densely cloudy, or hazy if you prefer. Big white head and spotty lace. Nose is caramel malt, medicinal hops and a touch of spice.
Nice flavor, if a little one dimensional. The citrus and herbal/piney hops are the leaders, but there is some relevant malt balance. A little bit of oiliness in the finish gives the aftertaste some bite.

Huge white head faded fast and left light lacing atop a hazy gold body. Muted aroma, some spiciness, but nothing standing out. Floral, herbal hops show up in the taste with a slightly sweet malt backbone Spicy, herbal aftertaste helps redeem a mediocre local offering.
