Draft at the brewery
Big creamy dense head with good retention and big soapy lacing, hazy medium gold color
Nose big Cascadian hops, citrus, floral, spicy, bit of pine, grapefruit, orange zest, almost no malt
Taste now big Cascadian hops, almost like hop tea, tons of grapefruit, pine, orange zest, hop lupulin powder like character it gets so strong, medium high to high bitterness like a good west coast style, floral and spicy hops too, malts are almost non existent, dry bitter finish long spicy hop bitterness and hop lupulin lingering
Mouth is medium bodied, high carb, slight astringent spicy bitterness
Overall fairly on with the hop ibu wars of the West Coast a few years back, but the lack of any real malt character hurts the beer imho, but delivers what it promises
