Draft at the brewery
Pours a nice frothy foamy 1 finger head with great retention and some soapy lacing, very hazy reddish-orange color
Nose grainy doughy malt, fair hop, citrus grapefruit, little spicy too, fresh floral grassy hop notes
Taste mild sweet juicy grainy malt, creamy, cracker, grapefruit, citrus, pithy, medium bitterness, drier sticky finish, little spicy hop and medium high bitterness late, touch piney resin
Mouth is med to fuller bod, creamy carb,
Overall this was a pretty solid American ipa, less so an NEIPA so not sure why they called it that other than the haze, but good to see them still making some solid beers... I'm going to judge this like an American IPA not NEIPA which this is not really that close to.
