Brewed with pilsner malt, smoked barley, and German hops. This is a lightly smoked version of our Lager Beer.
Biscuity malt aromas with a wisp of smoke give way to smoked honey malt flavours. The spritzy carb and dry finish keep this beer light and easy. The smoke adds just enough depth without being overwhelming.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from Small Batch Dispatch's November 2024 curation. My first beer from the fine Caledon, Ontario brewery.

Can: Poured a bright yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of smoked malt notes with light cereal notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some smoked malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and highly drinkable but could have been smokier.
