Posto is an Italian-style lager we brewed to celebrate the opening of our friends’ new restaurant, Zia’s Place. It was brewed with Italian pilsner malt, a touch of flaked corn, lightly hopped with Saaz, and fermented with a classic lager yeast. It finishes super clean, crisp, and light-bodied — perfect for summer days and Italian food.
