A light sweet ale with added lactose and dry hopping. The aroma has bright fruity notes with a predominance of peach. The taste is a play of caramel and barberry notes, which continues with a long candy-nutty aftertaste.

Copenhagen 20/8 2023. 33 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Jyllandsgade, Løkken. Mona's usual label design in a burgundy version.
Pours slightly unclear, dark amber with a small off-white head. Stable. Settles thin, flimsy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a toasted touch and a bit sugared. Toffee and caramel. Hints of brown sugar. Sourish notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet toffee.
