Yo Mr. White is a double IPA made with a combination of Two-Row malt and wheat, a similar body profile to a Belgian Witbier yet made with a California yeast to punch out this American DIPA style. This brew has been hopped with a combination of Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops to bring out a perfect balance of hop bitterness, big flavor, and aroma.

Drinking it in cans. $4.99 seems pricey for a 16 ounce. $30.00 for six? Nay

On tap at Gourmet Haus Staudt.

A hazy orange with a thin white head, this looks decent. The nose is nondescript. Vaguely juicy, pulpy, mildly grassy and vegetal with tropical fruit and honey. The palate is similar, with juice, pulp , honey, cream. Grassy and pulpy with a vague bitterness present. Juicy , creamy on the finish. Meh
