Dankman, it's a tribute to the dankiest man you know or should know, or maybe want to know. This hopped up danky delight comes from the Summit hop combined with the piney Simcoe smoothness. These hops ride atop the two-row, C120 malt combo producing this imperial redness. This brew pairs nicely with local almonds and walnuts as well as goat cheese (stanky cheese!). Cheers!
