Eve is a low ABV American Blonde Ale that is brewed with malts that present a slight sweetness. This brew was hopped with West Coast Cascade hops that lend a very low bitterness yet hop flavor and aroma. The name is derived from the beginning of time where this brew has lent its yeast bed to be propagated for the future Great Change beer line.
