From the brewer: "Elaborated with a Quinoa base, malts and selected hops and yeast from the Sacred Valley. Clear golden color, crystalline."
Cloudy dirty gold color. Excellent foamy head leaving good chunky lace.
The smell is clean and from reminiscent of apple cider.
Clean flavor with golden malted barley flavor. At 35 IBUs, this Kölsch shows more bitterness but the overall effect is very good. Rich bodied with decent carbonation.
