From the brewer: "A beber made with the unique Mapacho's personality, with mixed fruit blossoms strong golden color."
Darker amber with a haze. Lumpy head but little lace (random spots).
Toasted malt start with a floral bitter hop finish to the nose.
The hop prevails as one would expect but the malt base is strong. Lots of toast notes. The bittering hop is neutral in flavor but does dominate the swallow and aftertaste. Rich body with a lower level of effervescence.
