Gold to amber color. Cloudy. Lasting, thick head. Good initial ring of lace, with good steaks thereafter.
Part earthy, part floral, this hop nose is superior to most IPAs. In the background, there's the lightest touch of pale malt sweetness.
The malt base is brief as the hop, more straight forward than the smell, takes over. The finish is earthy with a black pepper boost. Long aftertaste. Higher carbonation but with a decent body. Overall, this is one of the best beers in Peru.
